Cleansing Oil Method

HISTORY OF OIL CLEANSING METHOD “OCM”

Washing skin with oil, is a method that is as ancient as the Egyptian pyramids -and a process queen Cleopatra understood well, since she was famous for bathing in (full fat) donkey's milk. Known as 'O.C.M' for short, the oil-cleansing method has had a faithful following across Asia since ancient history but remained a 'beauty insider' skin care gesture in Europe and North America until most recently.
Since cleansing facial skin with oil is beneficial for ALL TYPES OF SKIN, including acne-prone, it can be considered a unisex skin care gesture. The principle behind OCM is that oil mixes easily with oil, and since 'like dissolves like', the oils produced by our own skins are soluble in the oils used to cleanse. Pores are un-clogged, without the drying effect of soap detergents.
Most Oil Cleansing Methods require a wash cloth, applying the oil then removing with the face cloth. With the Nea Natural’s oil cleansing method however, you apply the cleansing oil with dry hands onto a dry face and rinse with warm water.

Best Supplements For Healthy Hair and Skin

Biotin

Found in foods like peanut butter and bananas, biotin is a B vitamin that supports your skin, nerves, digestive tract, and metabolism. Supplements can be used to help reduce hair loss and encourage nail growth.

Iron, found in foods including spinach, oysters, and cashews, also helps make your skin glow by activating B vitamins.

Omega-3 Fatty Acids

Omega-3s found in fatty fish like salmon, sardines, and mackerel, regulate oil production and help keep your skin moist. Omega-3s can also boost your hair’s shine, prevent your strands from drying out, and keep your scalp from flaking.

Heartburn Remedy

                                                Heartburn Remedy

Heartburn and "GERD" are not caused by too much stomach acid. They are caused by too little stomach acid and bacterial overgrowth in the stomach and intestines. Best way to treat hearburn is to restore stomach acid and eliminate bacteria growth. Best ways to do this holistically......

1. apple cider vinegar

2. lemon and cayenne pepper in hot water. (I personally find that #2 lemon in hot water first thing in the morning works best to put my ph balance in order and reduces heartburn throughout the day)

Good luck!

Here are a Few of My Favorite Things...

There are so many benefits in using coconut oil for almost every part of your body. Here are a few of my go-to favorites I want to share with you!

1. My kids. I put coconut oil on almost any skin ailment my children have. I started with diaper rashes, to mystery rashes. If they get a boo-boo or if they just need some moisturizing, Coconut oil fixes it all and the reason is because it is made up of mostly medium chain fatty acids. Due to these fats, coconut oil will retain the moisture content of the skin, as the fats eliminate moisture loss through the pores on skin. Coconut oil is made up of 3 fatty acids all of which have strong disinfectant and antimicrobial properties, which is why I LOVE using it on my germy, adorable kids!

2. Energy Boost. Having kids, working full time and trying to run my own business is VERY tiring, but coconut oil again saves the day! Capric, Caprylic, and Lauric acids are the 3 fatty acids found in coconut oil. They are easily broken down chains of fatty acids, meaning that they become usable energy in a quick and efficient way. This can be a major boost to your energy levels before a workout, cleaning frenzy or whatever you need to do next to seize the day, which is why these powerful acids have also been linked to weight loss and management. Another plus for Coconut Oil!!! (especially after having kids)

3. Makeup Remover. I can take off all my makeup in one fail swoop. Coconut oil is safe for removing all your makeup especially on your eyes. I was getting really tired of scrubbing my eyeballs for a half hour just to wake up in the morning and still have raccoon eyes. Coconut oil is chemical free, doesn't irritate and gets everything off fast and easy!
